Luxury Private Rental
Private Rental of Barrow House is available for 7, 4, or 3 day periods with both catered and self-catered options.
Our unique venue can accommodate up to 18 people (2 sharing per room). Our self-catered option offers a daily housekeeping service and staff onsite.
Catered Private Rental of Barrow House includes a chef-cooked breakfast and the option for additional staff to provide catered lunches, evening meals, or resident drinks with priorarrangement.
For both catered and self-catered options we offer an Onsite Manager/Concierge, Driver, and, if required, Security.

OUR ROOMS
The house has eight luxurious ensuite superking, king and twin bedrooms and one large family suite.
All rooms have sea views across Barrow Bay or set within landscaped gardens and grounds.
Our beds are made with Egyptian cotton sheets and goose down duvets and pillows.
We offer complimentary wi-fi, toiletries and treats in your guest hamper.
Sandpiper
An elegant art filled spacious room on the first floor warm, bright with a super king sized bed.
The Golden room has floor to ceiling black out curtains made of the finest Colefax and Fowler wool fabric. Comfortable armchairs and a seating with a work desk and a double wardrobe.
There is an ensuite shower room from which you have access to your own private seating in a garden terrace.

Curlew
A large and unique 2 bedroom (4 person) suite.
Both generous bedrooms come with a king size bed, a desk and seating area.
Curlew decorated with handpainted panoramic wallpapers, antique French bed frames, window shutters. This accommodation also has a separate private ensuite shower room and a bathtub with access from two rooms onto to a private garden terrace.
This apartment sleeps four and is also a great choice as a family room or for two individuals who would like the privacy of their own bedroom within an suite layout.

Egret
One of the largest bedrooms in the house, with a private garden terrace, ensuite bathroom and a goose feather super king sized bed.
The room boasts stunning views over Barrow Bay from the double fronted Georgian bay windows, Cushioned window seats and binoculars are supplied for bird watching.
There is a full size bath and shower with spectacular uninterrupted views over Barrow Bay.

Heron
With large sized double bay window Heron is a unique accommodation with a commissioned four poster bed.
Heron is most popular with guests seeking extra luxury and has stunning panoramic sea views over the Atlantic tidal waters of Barrow Bay.
The “Tracey Boyd” contemporary four poster bed is dressed with goose feather and down bedding and comes ensuite with a well stocked ensuite shower room.
There is a work desk, original oil paintings and period artworks, and we have provided a telescope for night sky stargazing.

Puffin
An enormous twin room, with plenty of room for two people to spread out.
The room has two single beds and a large shower and bath ensuite including a deep bath to soak in.
With 4 full length windows, the room is light filled and has complete views of the garden and Rookery. Handmade Irish linen fabric used to decorate this beautiful room.

Teal
The glamourous snug.
Recently redecorated in a opulent jewel colours and travel momentos from the far east, Teal has a clubhouse contemporary style.
Teal is our perfectly formed hideaway with an art filled vestibule entrance,
It boasts an opulent, deep filled goose down duvet on a double bed, an ensuite shower room and solo access to a private garden terrace.
Whilst Teal is our smallest room in size, it is big on style.

Cormorant
An extra large spacious room with uninterrupted views from two window seats looking over Barrow Bay towards Fenit and the world famous lighthouse.
The sunrises seen from Cormorant are a house favourite.
The room has a goose down super king sized bed, Luxuriate on the velvet chaise longue and comfortable seating area.
Cormorant has a generous sized ensuite shower room.

Shag
An extra large spacious room with window seat views over the treeline and close up view of breeding Heronry in addition to the breathtaking sunrises and sea views of Barrow Bay.
The room has a super king sized bed, a generous sized ensuite shower room and a comfortable desk and seating area.

THE ROOKERY
Set within the grounds of Barrow House lies the separate stone built Rookery.
The Rookery offers incredible views across Barrow Bay to Fenit Lighthouse and beyond to the mouth of the Atlantic. The property is equipped with its own entrance, kitchen, ensuite shower room as well as free WiFi.
The Rookery can sleep four and is perfect for two couples or a family. The property can also accommodate pets.The Rookery is split over two levels and has a very steep spiral staircase. This may not be suitable for those with reduced mobility.
